i am doing diploma last semester E & T from jrn rvd university . now can i apply any govt job and higher education?
actually, i am admission 2009 December . some student ask me that the rvd university is blacklisted and this university govt value is zero . it is true or false ?

Yes, you can apply for the government job. Regarding the validity of your certificate , you can check with the University authorities.
