    Hi Shivam,
You can take lateral admission in B.Tech from JK Lakshmipat University. This university has great infrastructure and highly qualified faculty. Procedure: Diploma holders (3-year Polytechnic programme) from a recognised Institute, with minimum 45% marks are eligible for lateral entry into 2nd year of B.Tech, in any programme of engineering offered at JKLU. For more information: http://www.jklu.edu.in/admission.html.

Check the college which gives admission to lateral entry and it also depends on the seat availability. But yes, I am sure, you can get admission because there are colleges that give admission.
