Dear Jagruti,
you can apply for DRDO (Defence Research & Development Org) after your BE.
You can also work in many Scientific organisation like
ISRO,( Indian Space Research Org)
HAL( Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd)
BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre)
etc as a Scientist.
Also apply for CSIR (Cou
