There is no prerequisites for CCNA certification. CCNA is a basic networking course offered by CISCO. If you have a little knowledge of networking it would be beneficial and make your CCNA journey easy. In my opinion CCNA certification alone might not help you to get job, always try to acquire knowledge along with training which is possible in authorized training of CISCO where certified and experienced trainers will help you to give good knowledge of industry.
