I am doing integrated MA in English from Tezpur University & did my 12 in science, should I continue with MA or go for MBA or MCJ?

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Research / Academics/Journalism area, then MA is better. However, if you want to move into general management / corporate communication then MBA is better.
