i got selected in college placement by Genpact under finance and accounts.otc process.i dont have any idea about this.and they have also said.that after 6months of training.we'l be eligible to enroll for MBA.in IIM calcatta,iim banglore,imt gaziabad.so can you please tell me.whether to join or not .and if after my 2years and after doing my mba if i shift to any other company then.that degree will give that value or not.
