Refer to the past questions which helps in analyzing the exam pattern and identification of important topics. Gaining familiarity with the syllabus is a must. As all papers are objective now, do not leave out any topic. You need to prioritize the subjects which is crucial and make notes of it.

You should begin by downloading previous year's papers and solving them regularly. This way you will familiarize yourself with the paper pattern and it will give you an idea of how preparation you need to do. Then start studying according to the syllabus. Divide the syllabus in sections of three and give time to each section daily. This way you will make all your subjects strong together. It is obvious that you will have to study hard for this Exam. I would suggest dividing your time in two slots. Test yourself after finishing each topic.

You can apply for UGC NET Exam after completion of your master's degree. Preparing for UGC NET Exam is not that much easier task. You should have to make a strong study plan to crack this exam. In my opinion, solving test series and previous year question papers are the best strategies that you can adapt to crack the UGC NET Exam.
Before 1 month of exam, you should start solving the previous papers. I hope it helps!
