I am in first semester of MA eco, MCM DAv college,punjab University, i want to know that i can i shift to Mharaja Sayaji Rao University, Vadodara? if yes then what is the right time to do it and how what is the whole process.

Hi Gurucharan, As you need a transfer from your college to MS University I would advise you to cross check with your college or university's admin department. They will be able to give you the right information. All the Best!
