I am doing MA in Economics from IGNOU, will I be eligible for Ph.D from Germany?

Hi Ankur,
IGNOU is globally recognized, but for admission purposes you must check with the universities. Especially for Ph.D, you must check directly with the universities, contact the department heads for Ph.D work.
