I am doing MA in English from MDU - distance mode. I aim to become a lecturer/assistant professor. Is there any issue with distance mode?

Query regarding doing PG (MA in English) thru distance education. Am I eligible to apply in colleges/Universities for lectureship as the degree will be awarded against study in distance mode. Not regular mode. So will there be any bias in selecting people like me who have done their PG thru distance

Hi Viki. You can become a lecturer. When there is an interview mention that you had been working and prove your credentials. Do NET which will help as a career in a Lecture. All the best. Regards Gijoo
