i am doing MBA in distance education mode can i do M.E in regular mode pls help me

Sure, Dual Degree is Valid one. MBA through Distance Mode in one University and ME in Full time/ Regular Mode in another university is fine to go.
If same university, then you needs to go with their admissions policy. (where there are few universities doesn't permit to go for Dual PG, but only P.G
