I am doing MCA but I am unable to understand it because I get no time for self-studies. What should I do? Shall I leave it?

Leave MCA if you have a very good option and you are sure to succeed in it. If you think you can beat the exams for government jobs then you can drop and start preparing for it then. If you are unsure then somehow complete MCA and then start preparations for jobs because you will have more options now.
