If you mean EIILM University, Sikkim, then as per its official website EIILM University, Sikkim, India is fully recognized and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is established under Sikkim State Legislature Act No 4, 2006 Government of Sikkim.

no it is an UGC recognized university so you can apply government job after completing your degree from EIILM university
