Apart from multimedia assistance available from IGNOU, there may be study materials of other universities available online. You can also search for articles, research papers and materials from other agencies such as World Bank and UNDP.

The best way to understand this is to buy video materials from IGNOU for the same or to take it from Library of study centre or regional centre
