After completing Msc in IT, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and gain relevant and knowledgeable work experience, this step will help you to implement all your theoretical knowledge which have gained during your education to practical situation.
The second advantage of this step would be, that after working for 2-3 years you will come to know that in which field i.e. management or technical you are interested and accordingly you can choose the right course for you.
If you are interested in technical fields, than you can pursue specialized course in the are of your interest.
If you are interested in management field

    You have the following options
    1. Get job. You can try for job in IT companies like TCS, IBM, Wipro etc or try for lectureship in some good engineering college.
    2. Go for higher studies. If you are interested in research field, better go for Phd in IT or else go for MBA-IT.
