i am doing my B.E in extc..i plan 2 do masters in U.S.A with scholarship...will u just guide me as to how much should my gre score be?

i plan to do masters in embedded systems or microcontrollers..how many universities in america offer such subjects.. i am currently in third year and i plan to join classes for gre now...so wll you just guide me which is the right time 2 complete ma gre n tofel if i plan 2 go overseas by next year
