Hi balachand, See it is all depends on your area of interest and your technical experetise in your Btech. An Ideal MBA is nothing unless you posses sufficient Experience, literally you have to be Perfect Manager, then Your MBA will be added advantage for your career. MBA is there in PERSON not in CE

ms is better. mba has no vlaue unless you do it from a good institute .

my personal recommendation for u is to pursue a course in which u are interested and passionate about.Both MBA and MS are equally good and u will have to decide to go into management or pure technical.
