i am doing my btech 4th year in eee sir i want to do my ms in germany but i have less percentage its just 60 percent do i have any chanc
i have very less percentage about 60 percent it said that we should have more percent in order to do ms in germany i dont have a cleat idea on that can you please let me know how the admission process goes on and the visa acceptance

Chances depend upon the availability of the number of applicants also... I have many friends who have gone to Germany and Canada with 65% in B.Tech.
First, apply for GRE and write well... You will have good opportunities later on in Germany
