i am doing my btech fourth year in ece.what am i supposed to study further for a better future? mba or ms?

mba is for getting higher salary jobs and mtech for getting higher education of your engineering so if you are very good in english and communication skills go for mba and its too good if go for mtech first you prepare competitive exams like cat ,mat ,gate then you will automatically know your way

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:

It depends. If you feel you can be a good manager go for MBA, but if you think you can be a good engineer and can contribute further to the emerging field of technology, you can opt for MS.
