I am doing my engineering 1st year. I want to study 3rd and 4th year B.Tech abroad. What to do? Which exams do I have to write?
I have scored 932 in 12th and 8.8 CGPA in 10th.

I can well appreciate your thinking of doing your B.Tech from abroad after taking admission for engineering college in one of the colleges in India. But, I am afraid that even though your aim is high and good, it is perhaps not feasible like this. It is so, since it will mean you are switching sides in between the course which invariably is not allowed. However, you have an option. You can think of getting admission in the first year of engineering in a college abroad based on your marks of class 12th.
