i am doing my final year in eng.lit but i really want to become a chef..can u guide me about the courses that i could do and from where?

i really want to become a chef but dont know how to go about it..pls help..i dont want to put all my time into studying..pls recommend a course by which i could be a proffessional chef..pls guide me with the courses available and the institutes offering them preferably in mumbai.. thank u.

    AFTER A READ UR,QUESTION I DID ANANLYSE U MUST GO TO AUSTRALIA FOR DIPLOMA IN HOTEL OR HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT.ALREADY MY BROTHER DID THE COURSE GOT GREEN CARD ,HE IS A GREAT SHELF,AND HAS OPEND OWN RESTAURANT.TRY ONCE.OR U MAY CALL ME 7895713233
