MHA will be better for a career. MSc is good, if you wish to purse academics, teaching in nursing college.

Both the courses are almost same as well as have good career opportunities and deals in the discipline of nursing.
You can go for M.Sc (Nursing) and take a good specialized area like:
Community Health
Medical-Surgical
Pediatrics Obstetrics and Gynecology
