I am doing my LLB by regular. Am I eligible to do practice in court because of correspondence degree?
I did my B.Com through correspondence mode.

Practice and membership in the Bar Council is only applicable for LLB degree in regular mode.

6 years agoNo, as per the rules of the Bar Council, to be eligible to practice as a lawyer, you should have the certificate of eligibility to practice which you get by sitting in the Bar council exam held each year. You cannot practice until and unless you have the certificate. If you are in final year, you are eligible to give the exam but still not eligible to practice. You must have completed the LLB course.
