I am doing my MBA in HR and Operations I would like to study Logistics in cii Logistics chennai through distance mode is it worth for my fut

My UG Degree was BCA and is the program is worth for me or not please suggest me what i do next for my carrer

If you are interested in further specialisation or career in logistics, then your choice cannot be deemed a bad one. But since you have an MBA at hand, a good advice would be to prefer doctoral level programmes, HR in Logisitics sector may be a good area.
