i am doing my PGDM specializing in HR, what extra courses i've to learn in order to have an edge during placements?

i am in a college without accreditation, so i need this extra edge very badly

Hi You need not to do any additional courses however you must update yourself about whatever is happening in the business world and the industry Still, if you want to pursue course then you can apply for PG Certificate in Strategic HR Management from MTHR Global If you are interested in labour laws
