I am doing my Polytechnic with CE. Is it necessary to do B.Tech after it?

Yes, without B.Tech, the value of Diploma is next to zero.

It's not necessary to do any course for a job, but if you opt for further education, you may get more opportunities. In future, you will need a graduate degree to get a promotion.
