I am doing ph.d in computer science from pacific university ,udaipur.Is it valid and can it(the certificate) be attested by MHRD?
I am doing ph.d in computer science in pacific university(PAHER), udaipur. Can my ph.d certifcate will attested by MHRD.For mhrd attestation is it requires ugc and aicte recognization, or ugc recogization is enough.because my ph.d is in computer science not in computer science eng(CSE)

Dear Salman, it is surprising that even after completion of Ph.D., you are not aware of rule position. Firstly, it is not certificate in case of Ph.D. After successful defense of thesis, Ph.D. notification is issued. Afterwards, degree is issued. both of these do not r
