i am doing post graduation certificate in palliative care from canada which is 10 months course.. can i get job in my field in ontario?

i just want to ask that whether i have to give crne test for the job?? n what are the other options to get work permit more dan 1 year in canada?? should i apply for another course? can u tel me about the hospitals in ontario where i can apply for the job after my study?? and requirements?
