I am in XII commerce In udaipur ,Rajasthan.What percentage I will need to do law with a Good Institute

Yes opting for 5 year is good also if your age is not more try B.Com/BA and then LL.B three year course.

LLB 5 years is a good option. You may have to appear for CLAT admission tests at your state.
