Robin I am quite surprised at your change of thoughts after completing XIIth. . Unfortunately in our system, one needs to study & pass in PCB subjects for being eligible to write the exams for MBBS / BDS. So as such you cannot now appear for exams for medical line. At best you can take up Biotechnol

Robbin do 12th again with PCB from any recognized Board for this NIOS is good option for you
