You are 65% at your B Tech so please do not get tension and all that and decide what you really want to be in your future. You then can take advice. Moreover, you can go for M Tech or Public or Private Sector to earn handsome packages. GATE score will help you everywhere. Regards/

Your future planning depends a lot on your GATE results. Wait for the same, is you've prepared and appeared well then surely a better path may be waiting for you. or else if it doesn't happen, give an other try.
