You can do this. Few good MBA specializations could be -
- marketing
- IT
- HR
You can do this in regular mode from reputed b school or through distance mode from IGNOU/ Symbosis/ NMIMS/ KUK / LPU/ ANAMALI etc. Also you can explore about options of executive MBA from top b school like IIM, XLRI, F
