I am done with my B.Com and working in an MNC. My aim is to set-up my own business of electronic or paint. which course should I prefer?

I am good in academics and have score more than 80% in 10th, 12th and degree. My aim is to set up business or to crack an banking exam. I work for night shift in an MNC for over 8 months and perform Bank reconciliation over there. Suggest me some courses which may help me out in achieving my goal.
