I am donig graduation. I want to continue with Clinical Psychology. So, I want to know what is the step ahead?

as I heard that there is a course for 2 years, after doing that we can get the dr. degree as Clinical Psychiatrist. I want to open my clinic or want to work for any hospital. So, please guide me what is the step ahead.
