I am ECE Enginnering dropout (2012 passout), now working in BPO, I would like to go abroad to study any other course and settle there. help?

I have 83% in 12th and did my engineering in ECE and passed out with 9 back papers pending now. I want go abroad and settle there by doing any other course. I love buisness but no optio to go abroad for buisness. SO MBA after any other degree or any other option for me. Please help as I left Engg
