Hi,
As per new rules of Bar Council of India, there is not recognition for part time law degree and such candidates are not eligible to enroll themselves as advocate and they are not eligible to practice as lawyers in a court. Thus, there is only way to become a lawyer is to obtain a law degree

Dear Parimal,
Legal Education is a professional course and shall be pursued only by full-time regular and so it will be permissible to practice in the court of law as prescribed by Bar Council of India.
