I am English Medium Student and i want to do BTC. I ant to know that study of BTC is in English Medium Hindi Medium or Both?

Actually I am week in Hindi because i am english medium student. So i just want to know. We have to study of BTC is in english or Hindi or We can choose either we can do any one of them.
