I am enter in 3rd year of commerce now. Can I eligible to fill form of CDS OTA, and I am 21 year old.

    Hi,
    The eligibility criteria for CDS OTA is that student must be graduate or at least appearing in the final year/semester and the minimum age limit is 19 to apply for CDS 2020. Best of luck!
