First you learn to write correct English with correct spellings. Short-cuts are not good. With average score expect average colleges. (Even average colleges are good. Like average students are also good. Like you may be a good student.) So select a college of your score.

With the rank that you have got the best idea would be the accept the college what you get and then work hard to improve in academics once you are in the engg colege. You might not be able to choose a college with your rank in AIEEE.
