I am expecting 220 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 and 68% in Bihar board. Can I get NIT?

it depends upon yr category but considering the jee main marks u will surely get college -
Hi Shahnawaz,
Based on your Jee score your estimated Jee rank will be between 5001-10000.
The above mentioned ranks are displayed only the basis of a candidate's score in JEE Main 2016. There can be variation in ranks when the same is calculated on the basis of normalization of scores, taking in account Class XII Board results along with reservation (SC / ST / OBC etc.) and JEE exam scores.
