    With 389 marks in NEET UG and OBC A category, it may be difficult to get a seat in government medical colleges as the cutoff marks for government colleges are usually higher.     No, you cannot get any MBBS seat with that score unless you belong from a specific reserved category and you are from a state like Assam or Kerala where the cut offs are generally lower.
