I am expecting 92%-94% in cbse class 12 board exams 2013 and i secured 10cgpa in cbse 10 exams.do i have good chance for nus/ntu admission?

I dont have any good co curriculum background neither i have given SAT or IELTS.i got 103/360 in JEE main exams 2013.
