I am expecting a answr from shiksha counselors about IR&PM in MBA., I had done my B.com and now i want to do my MBA in Personnel management and industrial relations as a specialisation eigther in distance mode or regular,which universities offer such a course & what is differenece between HR&[IR&PM]
