I am expecting around 150-180 marks in JEE Mains (8th April). What would be my percentile?

It depends on the difficulty level of paper. Overall your percentile should vary between 96-98.

Your percentile may range from 95-97 percentile. It also depends on the difficulty level of paper. So expected percentile could be around 95 or more.

Between 160 to 165 will give you 98.5
And around 180 -190 marks, It will give you 99 percentile.
