I am expecting around 81 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get any college with my score? Can I get into NITs or GFTIs?

It depends on your category. If we compare from last year's cut-off then you are qualified.
But this year, if the cut-off goes higher then it might decrease the chances of qualifying. If you are an OBC category candidate then you are qualified but if you are a general category candidate and the cut-off will increase this year then you have appeared again for it. However, wait for the results as it will be released in the coming days only.
    Best of luck.
