I am expecting more than 97 percentile in CAT 2017. Can I expect a call from IIT D? Are there chances for it to get converted?

Yes, you have decent chances. Just perform your best in the interview. Also, I will suggest you to apply for both the courses MBA and MBA in telecom. Both the courses are almost same except for 1-2 extra courses for MBA telecom.
