    Hi, no you can't appear in entrance exam because according to UGC regulations you should possess a passing certificate and have passed in all class 12th subjects.

    Yes, you can. But you have to make sure that you pass in the compartment exam and also secure at least 45% in aggregate of the PCM subjects. That might vary from college to college though. So I would suggest you check the requirements first before filling out the application form of any entrance exams.
