I am fail in HSC in one subject can i get admission in B.Sc IT or BMM or BCA?

No because minimum educational qualification for all these courses is pass in HSC so there is no chance of getting admission ,yes you can get admission after giving improvement exam(if there is any in your board like in CBSE)
