Agree with the above answers. bro clear you paper first. Even with your primary schooling education it is hell lot of compatition in the job field and you can guess how it will be without it. So i say take a bit more effort, clear you paper get your 12th certificate and then we can try for some govt

Depending on the field of your work, the courses, training and certifications required may vary.
Most departments and agencies prefer candidates who have taken some vocational training or who have at least some previous work experience.

I suggest you to clear your exam first , becasue today there is lot of competition and if you not clear your schooling then ti is difficult to get admision in degree or any good course
