I am failed in BSc (Computer Science) 2nd year now can i able to take admission in BSc (Computer Science) course directly in third year and side by gave my 2nd year exam in which i am failed

No, you cannot. However if you apply to Annamalai or Madurai Kamraj University, you will get admission in3rd year but the problem is that you have to give paper for 1st year. second year and 3rd year together which will be very tough. Instead you should re-appear for your second year exam
